HCSA CORONAVIRUS STATEMENT
HCSA CORONAVIRUS STATEMENT
This is the statement from the HCSA we need to show we are proactive with the FIBA postponing games and BE & BBL still saying games are still going ahead
The HCSA are saying that the decision will be up to the College teams
If they wish not to play the game or Colleges saying no to outside teams are not permitted to come to that college.
Then the HCSA will support that decision. No penalties will be given and the games will not go towards the final league placings.
A decision regarding the Cup Final will be taken after the Easter Break
If games are not played or not re-arranged then the League Standings will stand.
If games are called of please announce on the whatsapp group.
This Advice is from a nurse at QA who plays in the SABA league.
As a nurse working at QA. As of now due to this corona virus spreading like wild fire! avoid crowded places, I would strongly recommend to constantly wash your hands(don’t rely too much on hand sanitizers! They’re not enough to aseptically clean your hands) and boost your immune system. If you have any kind of symptoms such as fever, cough, runny nose and sore throat! “SELF ISOLATE PLEASE” we will go to your houses and assess you. Dial 111
